Pool Inspections
Pool inspections are a visual review of a pool’s systems and components. During the inspection, I look for issues like leaks in the pool or spa shell, damaged tiles or circulation components, drainage problems, settling of the pool deck, and unsafe electrical components.
Water quality testing or entering the pool is not part of the inspection.
Pool inspections are available for an additional fee and are not included as part of a standard home inspection.
