Pool Inspections
A pool inspection is a visual inspection of a pool's systems and components. Observed indications of active pool or spa shell leaks, damaged water line tiles, damaged or faulty circulation components, inadequate drainage, improper settlement of the pool deck and unsafe electrical components are some of the defects that may be noted. Water quality testing and entering or coming in contact with the pool water is out of scope. The pool inspection is an additional fee and is not included in a general home inspection.
