Drones
Some exterior systems and components can be hard to inspect due to height, steep roof pitches, wet surfaces, or fragile roofing materials. In these cases, a drone may be used to safely inspect areas that are otherwise inaccessible.
Drones are a helpful tool for home inspections, but they do have limitations. Whenever the roof is safely accessible, a traditional “boots on the roof” inspection is still the best way to evaluate the roof system.
