Wood Destroying Insects
Wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspections can be performed and documented on Form NPMA-33 if required for a loan or other purposes. This inspection is available for an additional fee.
While a standard home inspection does not include a full WDI inspection, any visible signs of pests, including insects or rodents, will be noted in your home inspection report as a courtesy.
